These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the payment of deposits for events organized by I-PlanEvents, LLC ("Organizer"). By submitting a deposit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not proceed with your deposit.

1. Deposit Requirement

To secure your participation in an event organized by I-PlanEvents, LLC, a non-refundable deposit as determined will be required at the time of registration. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of the event.

2. Payment Methods

Deposits can be made using the following payment methods: Online payment methods, e.g., credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.. All payments must be made in USD.

3. Payment Deadlines

The deposit must be paid within the predetermined days of registration to secure your spot. Failure to pay the deposit by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of your registration without notice.

4. Refund Policy

• The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• If you need to cancel your participation, please notify the Organizer in writing at least 14 days prior to the event. In such cases, you may be eligible to transfer your registration to another participant upon the Organizer's approval.

5. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

• In the event that the Organizer cancels or reschedules the event, participants will be notified as soon as possible. A full refund of the deposit will be issued if the event is canceled.
• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient registration or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Liability Waiver

By making a deposit, you agree to waive any claims against I-PlanEvents, LLC, its affiliates, and employees for any damages or injuries sustained during the event, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.

7. Compliance with Regulations

Participants must comply with all local laws, regulations, and safety guidelines related to the event. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who does not comply.

8. Modification of Terms

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. All modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the I-PlanEvents, LLC's website. Your continued participation in the event after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia in the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
